Student may choose, working with an academic advisor, four of the following graduate courses taken as a Bachelor’s to Master’s Program student:
Select three of the following:

| MPL-5100 | Research Methods in Public Service | 3 |
| HLS-6110 | International Legal and Ethical Issues | 3 |
| HLS-6250 | Technology and Information Security | 3 |
| HLS-6400 | Funding and Program Administration for Homeland Security | 3 |
Select one of the following:
| MPL-5200 | Program Analysis and Evaluation | 3 |
| MNP-5150 | Leading Strategic Change in Public Service | 3 |

How these courses apply to the bachelor's degree:
Students do not necessarily need to be in a public service undergraduate degree to qualify for this program. If they are in the Bachelor of Science (BS) in Homeland Security and Emergency Management, these four courses will replace required area of study courses in the BS degree. It is imperative that students meet with their academic advisors to determine what credits can be applied where in their degree plan.
